Reason
People come to therapy for many reasons, including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, infertility, loss, or feeling overwhelmed by life. You may also be questioning aspects of your identity, sexuality, or faith, or carrying a sense of feeling disconnected, stuck, or unable to cope in the way you would like.
Reconnection
Therapy can offer a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself more deeply. Together, we can explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may have been hidden or difficult to understand, helping you develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and clarity.
Relationship
I believe meaningful change can happen through a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. I aim to offer a calm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you feel accepted, respected, and able to bring all parts of yourself without fear of judgement.
