I charge £70 per session.

Concessionary rates are available for trainee counsellors and those that are unemployed.

I meet with clients on a consistent weekly basis. The regularity and predictability of sessions—held at the same time and day each week—help to establish a stable and trusting environment, which I believe to be essential for meaningful progress.
